Strategic and best possible location, restaurants and a movie theater close to the hotel. Very impressed with a double room and highly professional staff especially at the reception desk.

Comfort, location, staff
Bad internet connection every 5 min you have to re-login to the bad safe system server and get back online I was annoyed! Plus the few tv channels.. Other than this the hotel is awesome.

Enjoyed staying here, the staff were very friendly especially at the front desk. the breakfast was really amazing and the wifi worked perfectly - the best we had during our trip! 🌟

Food Quality in the Restaurant was very poor.

The spa was good. The internet was free. The staff spoke great English. The location was ideal for local restaurants and shopping and not bad from the airport. I really like the Bakirkoy part of town for business and even touring because it is easy to get on the train from here and go anywhere.
The gym was only ok. It needs more benches and equipment or at least updated equipment.

Super friendly staff who were always ready to lend a hand. the room I stayed in felt like it was just built - the bathroom was small but it did the trick. I loved that there was an electric kettle and fridge inside my room, made things really convenient! 🌟
